Heritage House
The renovation and extension of a single fronted Victorian cottage in Albert Park, within a heritage overlay area.
Stage 1 included the restoration and renovation of the facade and front rooms, which is nearing completion. The brief was to modernise the home while restoring the heritage details.
Stage 2 is the extension to the rear of the property. The brief is to open up the new living areas to the outdoors and bring in natural light, with a parents retreat on the first floor.
